Canway may not have hundreds of facilities to choose from, but what we do have is many sizes to choose from. We are not a mega corporation that throws up self storage facilities all over the place just to make more money. Our staff are typically long term employees who enjoy doing what they do best. One of the many tools they have to use is that we have over 30 different sizes to choose from. And, our staff has become storage experts at helping you select the best size for your needs.
How does this benefit you and save you money?
Instead of just having the industry standard sizes of 5x5, 5x10, 10x10, 10x20 and 10x30 storage units, we have many sizes in-between that standard sizes to give you only the exact amount of space you need. This way, you don't pay for extra space you don't really want or have to cram all your valuables into a cramped unit if you want to sort through them. As an example, if you have more goods than a typical 5x5 holds but not enough for a 5x10, we typically have between 5 and 10 unit sizes in-between that would be just right for you. Choosing a 5x6 can save you over $32 per month at one of our stores (or $384 per year). That is a 28% savings. Ask our competitors if they have over 30 sizes for you to choose from.
Canway’s investment in training and education:
Most of our staff stays with us for a long time because they enjoy working with Canway and servicing the needs of our customers. Canway realizes the need for training and education even if an employee stays for a short duration. We hold monthly training sessions to discuss a wide variety of topics related to employment in general and storage in particular. We not only keep up with trends and new ideas in the storage industry, but discuss relevant experiences each staff member has faced and trade possible solutions. We also mystery call and shop to improve our customer focus. We work hard to make sure you are satisfied the first time.
