COMPANY REQUIREMENTS
With Canway you can count on:
Staff with no less than five years moving experience. All our staff are moving professionals who must meet these stringent standards:
At minimum, to become an Canway employee:
- 5 years of household goods experience
- 250 household goods moves annually
- Successful physical exam and drug screening
- Successful criminal record check
To become an Canway-exclusive Driver (foreman):
- 5 years of household goods experience
- 250 household goods moves annually
- Successful physical exam and drug screening
- Successful criminal record check
- Successful written and over-the-road tests
- Successful vehicle inspection
- Exemplary background, credit, criminal, employment {more stringent then Department of Transportation (MTO) standards}
Then, to remain on board, Drivers must maintain:
- Excellent customer service ratings
- Excellent driving record
- Commitment to on-time performance
- Successful random drug screenings
- Successful vehicle inspections
